If you are travelling abroad, please request a questionnaire via Accurx. Once completed an appropriate appointment will be booked for you. Please note we need at least 8 weeks notice prior to travel. You can check which vaccinations you require using this website: www.travelhealthpro.org.uk
We only provide the following Travel Vaccinations at the Practice free on the NHS.
- Hepatitis A
- Thyroid
- Diphtheria, Tetanus & Polio
- Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR)
- Cholera
If you require any other travel vaccinations, which are not listed above you will need to attend a Private Travel Vaccination Clinic which will be a chargeable service.
