We would like to say a sincere thank you to all patients who completed the NHS Friends and Family Test.
Your feedback is extremely important to us. It helps us understand what we are doing well and, just as importantly, where we can improve the services we provide.
Our most recent results show that the vast majority of patients rated their experience as either “Very Good” or “Good.” We are pleased that so many of you would recommend our practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.
We are also grateful for the constructive suggestions provided. Where patients have identified areas for improvement. These are reviewed regularly by the management team and discussed at practice meetings. Feedback directly informs our service planning and ongoing improvements.
The Friends and Family Test is anonymous and quick to complete, and we actively encourage all patients to take part following their appointment. Every response genuinely makes a difference.
